Andrea Spannheimer,
Vice President i3 Innovus Late Phase International, Andrea Spannheimer works out of i3�s Munich office, where she is responsible for all late phase studies executed outside the Americas. She provides the leadership and oversight for i3 Innovus� Late Phase Research department internationally to ensure the programmes and studies are planned and executed on time, on budget and with high quality. She has more than 16 years of experience designing and conducting interventional and observational clinical studies, and has been providing oversight for more than 150 late phase trials including Phase IIIb/IV interventional trials, observational studies, registries, PRO studies, epidemiological studies and health economic programmes. Before joining i3 Innovus, Ms Spannheimer served as Senior Director Late Phase Europe and Asia Pacific for a large global CRO, and was responsible for the quality design and conduct of all late phase and health economic projects in 11 geographic locations, overseeing more than 100 late phase studies�including very large studies with approximately 70,000 patients and 15,000 sites. Her academic training includes a master of science in biology from the University of Erlangen.
