The contact system goes live 3 weeks before the event takes place. Attendees and sponsors can make the most of arranging meetings and emailing before the event. After the event attendees and sponsors can use the system to email and arrange follow up meetings and download the conference papers and presentations. 
The speed networking session is always very well received and most attendees participate, making the most of the fun, high speed networking and meeting the most delegates in the shortest amount of time! Remember to bring plenty of business cards!
The conference breaks and networking sessions all take place in the exhibition room, as well as the evening drinks reception. The evening reception gives attendees and sponsors the opportunity to continue the relationships that begin in the speed networking session and relax after a long conference day.
The gala dinner allows delegates to continue their networking in a more relaxed environment whilst enjoying a few drinks and delicious food. In 2009 Rebecca Stevens, the first British women to climb Everest gave a truly inspiring presentation, discussing the application of soft business skills.
