ANISH MEHTA has been with Watson Pharmaceuticals for 2 years and serves as the Vice President of European Generics. In this role, he is responsible for managing and growing Watson’s European Generics business. Prior to joining Watson, Mr. Mehta held a series of management positions with Baxter Healthcare, including Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives for the Global Medication Delivery Division and Vice President, Global Marketing and Strategy for the Global Anesthesia and Critical Care Division. Prior to joining Baxter, Mr. Mehta served as Director, International Commercial Strategic Planning for Hospira where he was responsible for leading strategic planning for the company’s Asian and Latin American markets. Mr. Mehta’s experience also includes strategic consulting for various healthcare clients with McKinsey & Company as well as chemical and pharmaceutical process engineering with Abbott Laboratories. Mr. Mehta earned a BS in Biomedical Engineering and MS in Chemical Engineering, both from Northwestern University, as well as an MBA in Strategic Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
