Prior to joining Rothschild, Dominic was a Partner with Andersen and he spent one year seconded to HM Treasury and Department of Health establishing the private finance initiative (PFI) within the NHS during 1993/4. Dominic is a UK Chartered Accountant and read Chemistry at Oxford University.
