Improving profitability in difficult times

In a period when the profitability of the generic sector is coming under unprecedented pressure due to falling prices and increasing competition, this workshop offers practical advice on improving the profitability of your organisation. Topics to be covered include API sourcing, manufacturing efficiency, portfolio management, selecting and managing contract manufacturers/dossier developers and in/outsourcing decisions. The day will consist of a mixture of expert presentations, case studies and discussion sessions, with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and get advice on specific issues.
