Dr. Chia Wen Lee Grossman is not your typical number crunching epidemiologist or statistician; she is an extremely versatile executive with significant scientific and business development experience, across various delivery systems (clinical, pharmaceutical/ biotechnology, government, and academia) in Europe, Asia and the US. With Asian heritage, Dr. Lee Grossman is passionate about bridging the West to the East, Innovation to the Need. Dr Lee Grossman recently joint Biogen Idec and serves as the Head of Emerging Markets Access. She was tasked to bench mark, establish and manage the Market Access Network across various regions in the Emerging Markets with focus in Asia. She is on the Advisory Boards of start-up ventures in both N America and Asia. She is also an active member of both Healthcare Businesswomen Association and National Network of Professional Women. Dr Chia Wen Lee Grossman was born and raised in Taipei, and received PhD in epidemiology and biostatistics from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Dr Lee Grossman received awards of Evidence-Based Healthcare from Oxford University and Building Business in Emerging Markets from Harvard Business School.
